• pwede mong maramdaman yan kahit kanino. for example, “Galit ako kay Gloria kasi madaya siya.”
• kapag humupa ang galit, balik na sa dati, mabilis maka-move on.
• walang masyadong impact sayo kapag sinabihan ka nito.
• pwede mong maramdaman kahit sa simpleng dahilan lang.

MASAMA ANG LOOB KO:

• nararamdaman lang yan sa mga taong malapit sayo. hindi naman pwedeng, “Masama ang loob ko kay Gloria kasi madaya siya.”
• kahit humupa yan, minsan mahirap kalimutan ang dahilan kung bakit sumama ang loob mo.
• kapag sinabihan ka nito parang ang bigat sa loob, parang ang laki ng kasalanang ginawa mo.
• hindi naman sasama ang loob mo kung walang mabigat na dahilan.
